I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease four years ago and I also react to artificial sweeteners and some gums. I had given up on ever having a muffin that was gluten free and didn’t taste like sand! Then I sampled The Konsious Kitchen’s muffins and couldn’t believe how delicious they were! They are my go-to treat that I keep in my freezer and I no longer miss a muffin with my coffee! As a Holistic Nutritionist student, I also appreciate the nutritional value of these products, with no fillers or ingredients you can’t pronounce !

Every time I tried to enjoy some baked good that was supposed to be delicious while healthy…well they were just healthy. But when I saw Konsious Kitchen on UberEats and the pictures of their baked goods, I was compelled to try it. I thought it would be the same thing I always get when I decide to go healthy. One bite of their chocolate muffins and I was hooked! I honestly can’t go back to regular wheat flour muffins again. AND THE INGREDIENTS??! This is next level! On top of that, the appreciation as a customer is amazing. Trust me. TRY them out! You’ll be as hooked as I am.

I have been a fan of Konsious Kitchen products for a while now. I don’t have any food allergies that I know of, but I prefer to eat foods with less to no unnecessary BS ingredients that do nothing but harm our bodies. And so TPPC products have always been my first choice for fulfilling my sweet cravings because these lovely goodies have NO refined sugar and are made with real ingredients. But recently I realized how amazing these muffins are as a post-workout snack. One muffin keeps me full for at least 2-3 hours and I don’t have to worry about consuming anything that is going to be bad for me. Plus, did I tell you how moist and soft these muffins are? I stored it in the freezer after buying and kept it out for literally 5-7 mins to be able to achieve its normal texture. I have found love in these and I am not going back.
